If you place an order but then decide you would like to cancel it, you can cancel your order automatically within 15 minutes of checkout directly through the order confirmation.
After 15 minutes you are unable to make an automatic cancellation. Please then reach out to our lovely Customer Experience Team at [email protected] or jump on our online chat to change or cancel your order as soon as possible.
We are unable to cancel your order once it is picked and packed by our Warehouse Team.
