Exchange Policy:Β Items purchased from this website at full price or with a discount of 15% or less, that are not marked as final sale, and that are in new and unworn condition with the tags and hygienic liners attached can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase! πŸ’• For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear! 🫢

Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged upon receiving it or our pick and pack pixies have accidentally packed the incorrect item. Please contact our lovely customer care girlies at [email protected] and we will try to organize a replacement of the item if possible! πŸ’ž

Exchange Costs: Our exchange process comes with a little fee!! πŸ’• A $5 USD return shipping fee will be charged when setting up your exchange. 🫢

Exchange Item Availability:Β When you set up your exchange through our portal, please note pieces you select to exchange cannot be held for you! A successful exchange is based on item availability at the time when your return package is in transit back to us and we are preparing to send your shiny new pieces! πŸ‘™ If the piece(s) you have requested to exchange for are out of stock, we will automatically email you a store credit for the item(s) so you can choose something new!Β 

Exchange Shipping:Β We will begin preparing your new pieces for shipment when your return pieces are in transit back to us - you won't have to wait until your return reaches us for your new pieces to ship! πŸ₯° All exchanges are shipped via DHL Standard which typically offers delivery in 5-12 business days once the package ships. PSA!! Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We are not able to offer Express shipping for exchanges at this time. πŸ’ž

Exchange on Exchange:Β If you’ve exchanged an item and your exchange piece also does not fit, we can offer you a refund in store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. FYI!! We are not able to offer a second exchange. πŸ’ž

Exchanging From Outside The USA: This information does not apply to US Territories, US APF/FPO address, or any other country. At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges from these locations.Β
