While we hope it never happens, if you do accidentally receive a faulty piece or incorrect item, please contact our lovely Customer Experience Team as quickly as possible so that we can assess the issue and give you the best solution! 

You may also lodge your enquiry through our returns portal (click here). Please be sure to select ‘my item is faulty’ for faulty/damaged items or "I received the wrong item" for incorrect items for your enquiry to be lodged correctly! The portal will prompt you for more information for us to assist! 🔎💕

  • Please flag any items suspected to be faulty or incorrect with us within 7 days of receiving your order! 
  • We cannot accept any product with issues occurring after 6 months or if the issue is the result of not following our care instructions! Click here for care guide! 
  • If your issue qualifies for a replacement, our policy is that your item will be replaced by the exact same item, if in stock!  💕
