If you place an order but then decide you would like changes made to it, you can change your order within 15 minutes of checkout directly through the order confirmation.
After 15 minutes you are unable to make automatic changes and edits. Please reach out to our lovely Customer Experience Team at [email protected] or jump on our online chat to change or cancel your order as soon as possible.
Changes are unable to be made once you order is being picked and packed by our Warehouse Team. If you would like to return the item and are eligible, we are more than happy to provide you with super clear instructions on how to start the return process and receive a refund, store credit or exchange, as per our return policy..! 💞
