What is the Paradise Pass?

The Paradise Pass is your pocket-sized pass to paradise (and rewards).
 It lives in your phone’s wallet and unlocks:

• Kini Cash: earn 5% back in rewards every time you shop Kulani (cash that lives right in your Pass, ready to use)
  
  
• Check-In Gift: a $10 welcome gift to spend on your next purchase
  
  
• Secret perks & VIP moments: surprise treats dropped onto your Pass all year round
  
  

Paradise (and rewards) now live on your phone. Don’t say we don’t treat you. 🌴

How do I sign up for the Paradise Pass?

Besties, this one’s easy:

1. Shop or browse Kulani Kinis as normal
   
   
2. Look out for our Paradise Pass invites on site or in your inbox
   
   
3. Tap the “Add to Wallet” button (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
   
   
4. Your Paradise Pass card drops straight into your phone
   
   

You’ll also get emails like “How To Use Your Paradise Pass” that walk you through the process. Once she’s in your wallet, you’re officially in.

Where do I find my balance and rewards?

All your magic lives on the Paradise Pass itself:

• Open your phone’s wallet app (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
  
  
• Tap on your Paradise Pass card
  
  
• You’ll see your Kini Cash balance and any active perks right there on the card
  
  

We’ll also highlight new rewards and reminders directly to your phone, so you’re always in the loop.

How do I earn Kini Cash and perks?

Think of it as Monopoly money for your wardrobe (except it’s real):

• You earn 5% back in Kini Cash on every eligible Kulani purchase
  
  
• You’ll also receive a Check-In Gift ($10 on us to use on your next $50+ purchase) loaded straight onto your Pass
  
  
• We’ll drop special bonuses and surprise perks onto your Paradise Pass throughout the year
  
  

You shop. 5% Kini Cash lands on your Pass. Rinse, repeat, vacay forever.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you’re ready to spend that sweet Kini Cash:

1. Fill your cart with your fave pieces
   
   
2. Make sure your order total is at least $50
   
   
3. Checkout using the same email address linked to your Paradise Pass
   
   
4. Apply your available Kini Cash / rewards at checkout when prompted
   
   

If you have a Check-In Gift or special perk, it will be:

• Displayed on your Paradise Pass card, and
  
  
• Available to view under My Account on the Kulani Kinis Website
  
  

Hit $50+, follow the prompts at checkout, and your Paradise Pass does the rest.

Does my Kini Cash expire? Are there any rules?

Good news:

• Kini Cash sitting on your Paradise Pass does not expire.
  
  
• You’ll need to spend a minimum of $50 in a single order to use your rewards.
  
  
• Some special promotions or one-off codes may have their own conditions (like a minimum spend or end date) – we’ll always call those out clearly on your Paradise Pass card and in the emails we send you.
  
  

Your Kini Cash balance stays put, but you’ll still want to read the fine print on any one-off promos.

What happens if I delete or lose my Paradise Pass?

No drama, just a tiny detour:

• If you remove the Pass from your wallet, you can re-add it from any of your Paradise Pass emails (like “New Perks Just For You” or “How To Use Your Paradise Pass”)
  
  
• Your Kini Cash and rewards are linked to your account/email, not just the card graphic – so you won’t lose your balance
  
  
• If you get a new phone, simply add the Paradise Pass again on your new device using the same email
  
  

Add her back to your wallet and your pass to paradise is right where she belongs.
