Final Sale:Β Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged upon receiving it or our pick and pack pixies have accidentally packed the incorrect item. Return Process & Cost:Β We do not provide return shipping labels! Once you set up your return through our portal, you will be provided with our warehouse address in Sydney, Australia where you can ship your pieces back to. π You may mail your pieces back through the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for the cost of shipping. Split Payment Refunds: If a purchase is completed using a gift card and another method of payment, when a refund is processed, the refund is applied to the gift card first, until it reaches the full amount available for refund. Then rest of the refund is applied to the other payment methods.
