Failed, Unclaimed or Refused DeliveryUpdated 2 hours ago

We’re so sorry to hear your parcel didn’t make it to you. We know how exciting it is to be waiting on something special 👙

If your tracking shows that your delivery has failed or is being returned to sender, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected]. We’ll keep an eye on the return journey and make sure everything is handled smoothly on our end 💌

While it's not super common, deliveries can sometimes fail for a few reasons:

- The shipping address was incomplete or incorrect at checkout.
- The parcel was left unclaimed at your local post office.
- Delivery was refused or the courier couldn’t access the location.
- Occasionally, even with a correct address, something goes wrong on the courier’s end.

When this happens, the parcel is automatically sent back to our warehouse. You’ll see this update reflected in your tracking link.

We recommend checking with your local post office to see if they’re still holding your parcel - sometimes they can release it to you before it’s returned to us.

As soon as your parcel arrives back to us and is checked in by our lovely Returns Team, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note:
- If the delivery failed due to an address issue, refusal, or being unclaimed, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We’re unable to re-send returned parcels, but you’re always welcome to place a new order when you’re ready!
