If your tracking shows your order has been delivered, but you can’t find your package, we will always try our best to help you locate your kinis! 💞
✨ Tip!! ✨ We ask that you first look around your home or apartment complex and ask family, roommates, neighbours, and building management if they have seen your package! In most cases, your delivery will occur between 6am - 7pm.
If you still have no luck in locating your package, then we encourage you to contact the courier directly, as quickly as possible 💞 While we’re also happy to assist and can open an investigation from our side, the fastest way to get updates is by reaching out to the courier directly.
You can email our lovely Customer Experience Team at [email protected] and include your name and order number in the email. We can guide you through the steps involved in investigating with the courier.
Just a heads up - in some cases, the courier may provide proof of delivery such as a photo or GPS coordinates. When this confirms the package was delivered to the correct address, the courier considers the delivery complete and won’t recognize any misdelivery claims. Because of this, we’re unable to offer compensation.
In order for us to be able to give you a refund or replacement, we will need evidence from the courier confirming that the package was lost in transit or misdelivered (where the courier is at fault). The courier will not offer compensation if the delivery was completed correctly and the package was stolen or lost following correct delivery 💞
