Our pick and pack pixies are super excited to pack and ship your gorgeous orders so that you can have your shiny new kinis as quickly as possible! π We aim to have your order leave our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed (our pick and pack pixies are the best!! π§πΌβ¨) unless it was placed outside of business days or there is a dispatch delay. In the event of a dispatch delay, we will post a notification about this on our website to keep you in the loop!Β

- Orders placed after 12pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Fridays + Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day - usually Mondayβ¦ with the exception of holidays! ππ
- Don't forget! Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays! ππ° Please keep in mind that Australian public holidays may be different from those in your country!Β
- After your order is placed, it is sent to our amazing warehouse team for processing and packaging. Please allow 0-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped by our pick and pack pixies! π§πΌβ¨ Please keep in mind that your shipping speed begins once your package leaves our warehouse!
- In some instances, we may hold your order from shipping if we have a question about your address. We will always reach out to you via email to notify you if your order has been held and will work with you to get your order shipped as soon as possible! π
